Sensei Hayman currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate and is well on the way to achieving his 1st Dan Black Belt in Aikido. He is a shining example to every student and is always available to provide additional support, advice and a friendly smile to all of our students. When he is not running his own classes in Hythe, Cheriton or New Romney you will find him teaching, training or supporting classes at KL:UK Ashford.

Lauren earned her 3rd Dan Black Belt under the tutoring of Master Panton at the Ashford dojo, where she is one of the longest serving students. Senpai Lauren is a perfect example of the Leadership Family ethic, as she has trained alongside her dad Sensei Hayman, mum, sister and brother.  Lauren has grown in confidence massively since joining Karate and now stands as a respected member of the Certified Instructor Training Team, where she continues her own training and knowledge.  Lauren started when she was only 4 years old and her many years of training has given her great knowledge and experience to pass onto any student that needs a little extra help and support.
